很喜欢这家酒店,步行即可到达市场街和辛西娅·伍兹·米切尔馆,但如果人行道有夜间照明就更好了。
遗憾的是,我们的住宿体验不太好,房间潮湿黏腻(即使恒温器设置在60度),特大床睡起来也很不舒服。
客房服务做得很好,房间也很干净,但没有回收利用,毛巾用过一次就被更换了,尽管我们把毛巾挂起来晾干/重复使用。
我们预订了两间房,只有一间下午3点就准备好了,我们被告知房间里有人,他们正在等他们离开,好让我们打扫房间。房间里一股霉味。如果我们不能入住,那规定入住时间还有什么意义?早餐18美元?停车费15美元?每晚250美元,绝对不值!
抵达时,他们没有我们*******的预订记录,所以入住时请务必提供希尔顿的确认号码。水压很低,热水不稳定,不过他们到我们房间修好了。*******的房价不含早餐。除此之外,这里很棒,事情解决后他们也帮了我们很多忙。
我为坐轮椅的丈夫预订了一间无障碍客房。但我订的不是无障碍客房,他们也没法帮我们挪动。这给我和我丈夫带来了不安全的情况,因为无障碍客房里除了浴缸台阶边有一个扶手外,没有其他扶手。
不错的酒店,但感觉很旧
在这里住了 5 晚,因为……工作。
工作人员总是乐于助人、态度友善,早餐非常好,床很舒适,清洁度也很好。整个酒店看起来都很旧,尤其是健身房,非常小,设备简陋,而且有股陈旧的汗臭味。
总体来说,入住体验很好。
酒店还不错,就是有点老旧。没有免费咖啡是个大问题,休斯顿的水尝起来像硫磺,根本没法喝……只能用瓶装水。如果下次再来,我们会选择一家更新的酒店。
