The hotel was very clean, beds comfortable, good TVs. Curtains very good at keeping rooms dark. Excellent shower, thought the curtain rod needs adjustment and the mollies are slightly pulling out. Breakfast was very nice. Thanks

Great front desk
I usually do not do reviews but my front desk experience was so awesome, I feel the need to give praise. The lady at the front desk was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. I stay in hotels a lot and this experience stood out in a positive way. The room was great, comfortable bedding, nice shower, and quiet. I would stay here again

总的来说，这次体验很糟糕。首先，我看到了泳池的照片，所以我们以为泳池是开放的。结果发现没有泳池。其次，住客旅馆通常有晚间招待会，但这家没有。第三，到达后我们才发现停车费是每晚12美元！在郊区？！这里又不是市中心！停车应该是免费的。第四，酒店描述说步行4分钟就能到购物中心。购物中心已经永久关闭了，他们为什么不更新网站呢？第五，浴室的地板和淋浴间里都有头发。我们不会再去了。
我已经与主管谈过了：夜班员工很粗鲁——不会给我根据我的情况要求的额外枕头——声称没有什么可以提供的——真的对这么大的酒店没有额外枕头感到不满！！！或者她只是不想离开她的办公桌！！！
一定要在这家酒店住！
