The staff was accommodating. The website says one price per pet stay but the hotel charges more per stay . I said something to the desk but they could only leave a message for the manager who didn’t get back with me

Great location! Close to sopping, restaurants and highways, but far enough away to be very quiet. Room was very clean and updated. Great experience.

I really enjoyed my room, it was spacious and clean. However, there must have been elephants staying in the room above me. All I heard was banging, stomping etc late into the night and the next morning . It was so loud and consistent, it shook the walls. This completely ruined my experience. I went down for breakfast in the morning, a few minutes before 7am and there were no eggs or hot food. The desk rep told me breakfast started at 6 am. I was disappointed in the lack of food choices and cleanliness of the breakfast area and ended up going out to get breakfast. I would not come back to this hotel again.

Great hotel with a great location north of Pittsburgh. The hotel is clean and looks like it's new. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Staff was great!

Staff was courteous and room was clean. It was quiet and we were able to get a good nights sleep.

Easy check in, clean room. I like that there isn’t any carpet in the room. Nice bright bathroom.

We loved this hotel!! From the second we walked in, staff greeted us friendly and answered all our questions. The room was so clean and the whole hotel had such a nice scent. Everything was clean!!

Overall very nice hotel with friendly staff and good amenities that you expect from a Hampton Inn. Only issue were the pillows on the bed all but go flat as soon as you lay down. Very little support to be had from them and it caused me to sleep poorly. Outside of that the stay was excellent on every other front.

由于超额预订，我没能入住之前预订的双床房。酒店给我安排了一间只有一张床和一张沙发床的房间，而且沙发床很脏。由于人手不足，我们不得不自己更换床单。房费包含早餐，但早餐没有果汁、没有鸡蛋、没有热食——只有吐司和麦片。他们拒绝提供任何补偿，因为我们是通过*******预订的。真是糟糕透了！
