We stayed for 2 nights with the family.
After our first night, I personally requested at the front desk for housekeeping to make our beds and also for new towels. We came back at the end of the day, however no one came to take care of our room.
During Covid 19, most hotels used the "safety' excuse for room service to be done every 2, 3 or 4 days. I wonder what is the excuse five years later. Hilton chain can do better.
Breakfast is tasteless. So.if you are with the family, you are better off having breakfast somewhere else. Too bad I felt for it, considering the name 'Hilton.'
Therefore, I highly doubt we would stay here again.

The staff was very nice, however when we checked into our room that was just “cleaned” there was hair all over our sheets so I had to get them changed. And the shower was dirty from the previous person that stayed here.
