The room door had damage to it like someone had used a crowbar to break in. The door lock was electronic with a lockout; however the lockout was broken and the security latch on the frame was half off. I brought it to the attention of the clerk, and the manager, Neil Patel, walked over discounting it and did not want to look at the pictures of the damage and concern. The room was also not the cleanest. For what I paid, I did not get the quality of a Hilton brand; I got the quality of a roach motel.

Property was very clean and accommodating. The shower needed some work, as the seat/shelf was broken and looked as if it had been glued back with no success. I also found it odd that there was no light or switch to turn them off/on beside the bed on one side (my side) I had to stumble to the bed or to the bathroom with no lights. Otherwise, everything was great.

Requested a room on top floor, which turned out to be a mistake. Apparently the AC units are on roof above top floor rooms. It was very noisy, even the walls vibrated from the sound. We were able to move to third floor. Girl at front desk was very accomadating.

Heater caused smoke alarm to go off and the smell was terrible. Got moved to a new room.
