酒店一切都满意、服务态度好好、房间舒适、冰箱饮品任饮、城市景好美、只是冷汽就不够冷.. 早餐不错;Sky51露天酒吧好有感觉…
看了很久选择了这家酒店,我定的是套房,要到 50 楼 check in,环境和服务都很满意,还有不同时间的下午茶赠送。
住的 3922 房,我最不满意的的是房间落地窗外有一整栋楼挡住了视野,极其不舒服,前台说所有的套房都是朝这个方向的,没法🤦♂️,还有房间的卫生打扫得很随意,桌子不擦,衣服袜子原地不动,卫生的淋浴管还被固定住了,无法取下,客厅的鱼线灯太矮,过路不舒服。洗手盆的水压特别小😂
真是一次不愉快的入住体验,以后不会再住了。
除了上面那些问题,其他都还好。
地理位置 ok,步行即可,但打车就要避免了,超级塞车。
房间大小很舒适,直接可以看到双子塔,以及喷泉。
minibar也是免费的。服务人员也很nice,因为飞机比较晚,延迟退房了1小时。也帮忙寄存了行李。
卫生条件有待提升,打扫铃按了一下午也没来打扫,都是到下午五六点或者早上10点打扫。然后周六早上八点竟然开始清理外部玻璃,太吵了
五星酒店服务没得说。一开始入住前台以为不含税收了税费后面也退回来了。。该说不说。双子塔景观绝绝子。床垫也太舒服了。看演唱会站的腰疼。回酒店床上一躺直接秒睡。这一刻值3000块
吉隆坡看了一圈酒店最后选择EQ非常棒,酒店设施很新,比较现代化很亮堂,房间干净又大,浴室也很大洗澡水也大,出行打车有点堵,步行去双峰塔和商场都比较方便,顶楼酒吧视野超好吹吹风喝杯酒很舒服,早餐品种很多又美味,很推荐
房间卫生做的挺好的,就是纸巾没给我们补,因为不会英文,也不知道怎么打电话给前台,无线密码真的有点麻烦,早上被隔壁做卫生的吵醒,隔音好像不太好,可能是因为他们做卫生没关门吧,11点就打电话来了,可能想要我们准时退房,电话也没接,但是附近打卡的klcc 双子塔,一些餐厅,都离得很近,比较方便
很好拍的酒店,无边游泳池看得到双塔,楼顶的星空酒吧也是网红打卡地,其他硬件一般胜在房间大服务好,如果装修用料再好点就好了,楼顶的酒吧没有对住客有特别优惠有点失望,还是要和常客一样提前预定
我们的实际体验却非常令人失望。
首先,我们房间里的闹钟今天早上在5点左右自动响了多次,完全打乱了我们的睡眠。
其次,夜间空调的制冷效果不佳,这使得睡眠变得非常困难和不适。
当我们报告这些问题时,几名工作人员来到我们的房间。他们只检查了设备就离开了,甚至都没道个歉。空调现在或许已经修好了,但由于我们当天就要退房,这已无法挽回任何损失。
由于这些问题的存在,我们并未获得所支付费用应得的相应服务。我们认为,仅仅采取简单的补救措施是不够的,应当有一个合理的解决方案和相应的补偿,但我们几次投诉都没有得到。
避雷避雷避雷避雷。
我们预定的双床房虽然面积不是很大,但也足够用了,小而温馨,第一晚住的帝国酒店,第二晚住到EQ,两家酒店隔得很近,都能看到双子塔。风格我可能更偏爱EQ,和小姐妹在星空酒吧拍照拍个不停,酒吧很热闹,风景也很美。各种俊男靓女出入,氛围很好。
