酒店一切都满意、服务态度好好、房间舒适、冰箱饮品任饮、城市景好美、只是冷汽就不够冷.. 早餐不错；Sky51露天酒吧好有感觉…
看了很久选择了这家酒店，我定的是套房，要到 50 楼 check in，环境和服务都很满意，还有不同时间的下午茶赠送。
住的 3922 房，我最不满意的的是房间落地窗外有一整栋楼挡住了视野，极其不舒服，前台说所有的套房都是朝这个方向的，没法🤦♂️，还有房间的卫生打扫得很随意，桌子不擦，衣服袜子原地不动，卫生的淋浴管还被固定住了，无法取下，客厅的鱼线灯太矮，过路不舒服。洗手盆的水压特别小😂
真是一次不愉快的入住体验，以后不会再住了。
除了上面那些问题，其他都还好。
地理位置 ok，步行即可，但打车就要避免了，超级塞车。
房间大小很舒适，直接可以看到双子塔，以及喷泉。
minibar也是免费的。服务人员也很nice，因为飞机比较晚，延迟退房了1小时。也帮忙寄存了行李。
卫生条件有待提升，打扫铃按了一下午也没来打扫，都是到下午五六点或者早上10点打扫。然后周六早上八点竟然开始清理外部玻璃，太吵了
五星酒店服务没得说。一开始入住前台以为不含税收了税费后面也退回来了。。该说不说。双子塔景观绝绝子。床垫也太舒服了。看演唱会站的腰疼。回酒店床上一躺直接秒睡。这一刻值3000块
吉隆坡看了一圈酒店最后选择EQ非常棒，酒店设施很新，比较现代化很亮堂，房间干净又大，浴室也很大洗澡水也大，出行打车有点堵，步行去双峰塔和商场都比较方便，顶楼酒吧视野超好吹吹风喝杯酒很舒服，早餐品种很多又美味，很推荐
房间卫生做的挺好的，就是纸巾没给我们补，因为不会英文，也不知道怎么打电话给前台，无线密码真的有点麻烦，早上被隔壁做卫生的吵醒，隔音好像不太好，可能是因为他们做卫生没关门吧，11点就打电话来了，可能想要我们准时退房，电话也没接，但是附近打卡的klcc 双子塔，一些餐厅，都离得很近，比较方便
很好拍的酒店，无边游泳池看得到双塔，楼顶的星空酒吧也是网红打卡地，其他硬件一般胜在房间大服务好，如果装修用料再好点就好了，楼顶的酒吧没有对住客有特别优惠有点失望，还是要和常客一样提前预定
我们的实际体验却非常令人失望。
首先，我们房间里的闹钟今天早上在5点左右自动响了多次，完全打乱了我们的睡眠。
其次，夜间空调的制冷效果不佳，这使得睡眠变得非常困难和不适。
当我们报告这些问题时，几名工作人员来到我们的房间。他们只检查了设备就离开了，甚至都没道个歉。空调现在或许已经修好了，但由于我们当天就要退房，这已无法挽回任何损失。
由于这些问题的存在，我们并未获得所支付费用应得的相应服务。我们认为，仅仅采取简单的补救措施是不够的，应当有一个合理的解决方案和相应的补偿，但我们几次投诉都没有得到。
避雷避雷避雷避雷。
我们预定的双床房虽然面积不是很大，但也足够用了，小而温馨，第一晚住的帝国酒店，第二晚住到EQ，两家酒店隔得很近，都能看到双子塔。风格我可能更偏爱EQ，和小姐妹在星空酒吧拍照拍个不停，酒吧很热闹，风景也很美。各种俊男靓女出入，氛围很好。
