Great Staff, Good Location, Nice Breakfast. The room was nicely appointed, bed comfortable but needed more attention to detail from a cleanliness aspect. Desk chair severely worn/torn, floor lamp rusty, carpeting dirty.

Perfect for me
This is a great place. Check in is super easy and friendly service. The establishment is neat and clean. The room is spacious with a comfortable seating area, large fridge, microwave and plenty lighting. Workout area and pool is always nice to have available. Breakfast is convenient and stocked. Coffee, tea or cocoa for your liking.

Very disappointed stay
I have to say i was somewhat disappointed with this stay. The room smelled like old mop water, the blinds didnt work so we couldnt pull them down all the way at night. The bed was hard and the pillows were worn out...not firm at all. The rolling chair in the room was EXTREMELY old. So old that the arm covering was peeling off. I received a text asking how my stay was and i mentioned the blinds and i never received a follow up response. We definitely won't be staying at this Home 2 next time we visit my in-laws.

I stayed there many years ago when it was brand new. It is still a good hotel; but the wear & tear of the carpet in the rooms is evident.

The whole experience was pleasant and comfortable! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and fashionable (loved the bathroom wallpaper!) My room was very close to the elevator and ice machine so no complaints there.

No one to help at check-in, room smelled horrible. Asked for help with that, they sent no one to help after stating they were sending someone. Elevators were broken and my husband is disabled. Bad experience all around. Will not stay again.

A bit disappointing
The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. The location was convenient. However, the toilet didn't flush well. We didn't report it until check out as we discovered it upon returning to the room late and we were checking out the next morning. We used to plunger that was provided in the room. The room needed a more thorough wipe down (switch plates, appliances, baseboards).
抵达后,电梯坏了,被告知已经拨打了维修电话,但我当时在三楼!!上下那么多楼梯让我胸口剧痛,呼吸困难。到达房间后,客房服务人员在走廊打扫房间,我们的垃圾还没清空。垃圾桶里堆满了之前猜到的垃圾。
