Absolutely amazing room. We had a large suite which had a balcony. Great sized room and it had lots of space for storage. Excellent Wi-Fi and a great bathroom. Food was good. The views were stunning. Overall a fabulous place to stay. So beautiful.

Beautiful hotel. Nestled in the mountains, excellent food and service. The garden is lovely. The palace rooms make you feel like you are living in a another time and are so wonderful. The modern rooms have TVa too. Views are everywhere. Must stay in Khaplu!

I always had reservation about hotels in a restored ancient building. Fortunately, this room was beyond my expectation. The shower had hot water throughout while is toilet was modern. I liked the complimentary dried fruits and nuts platter which was a change from the usual I see in other hotels in other countries in the east. The buffet dinner was a good spread but they do not have buffer dinner every night. Breakfast was also excellent. I will recommend this hotel to any who is visiting this area.

Excellent experience of food The location is perfect and full of adventures If you come from Skardu, you need to cross rocky mountain roads to reach the destination. The hotel is basically a historical Palace of Tibet monarchy. Highly recommended for history lovers

Excellent place and courteous staff, especially Mr. Ijaz and Ghulam Hussain, who ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The palace had much to offer - history, traditional food and huge lawns - felt enlightened and relaxed. bonus: the picturesque valley and huge mountains make every picture a masterpiece ;)

Originally a palace for the Royal family, this hotel as successfully merged old and new whilst keeping the character. Beautiful setting. Rooms large and airy. Good food in hotel restaurants. Beautiful outside space and magnificent Mountain Views
