在墨西哥城 这个酒店算比较实惠 很不错的。早餐非常的丰富...水果很好吃...前台服务也很好 非常热情细心
这家酒店的体验非常差,不推荐入住。
首先房间遮光极差,晚上几乎没办法好好睡觉;而且房间没有窗式空调,空调开和不开的噪音都很大,严重影响睡眠质量。
毛巾都是灰黑灰黑的
其次,厕所门设计很不合理,是木质推拉门,非常难推开。我在使用时甚至被门夹到,指甲都被撞伤了,体验非常糟糕。
我已经无法接受这个房间,于是向酒店申请换房。结果我在楼下等了将近两个小时都没有任何处理结果。工作人员一直说现在很忙、没有房间,但我很难相信一家酒店完全没有空房可以调换,整体服务态度也很敷衍。
本来只是因为临时来住,想着随便订一家,没想到体验这么差。整体来看,无论设施还是服务都不达标,不会再来,也不推荐给别人。
很干净环境很好👍正好是走廊尽头的房间,阳光很充足,但是空调中控有点不好用,不过多试几次还是可以调的
酒店比较火爆,早餐具有当地风情,玉米片不错~
24小时健身房永远是加分项。
这次酒店的自营Taxi服务必须给好评!因为是墨西哥国庆日,UBER司机要么拒载要么挂着等我取消去机场的订单。酒店Taxi小哥Alex帮我比导航预计还快的时间帮我赶到机场!十分感谢!
感觉是个假希尔顿。早餐十分一般,能吃的不多。衣服忘在里面,当天晚上打电话,说客服下班了,第二天再打,再打就是等啊等啊等啊。打了十个电话终于打通了,说没有。

卫生:地毯真的好脏,房间里一股麻味,枕头上、被子上、窗帘上都是一股浓浓的烟味。
早餐合并到旁边doubletree了,食物不干净,水果上有碎头发,咖啡超难喝,没有现磨咖啡。泡茶的热水也总是没有!
一切都很好,早餐也非常美味。
非常漂亮
因为突**况,我延迟了两三天入住。结果他们说我预订的全部四晚都被取消了,尽管我本来还有两个晚上要住。他们也拒绝退款,所以我只支付了半天房费,因为我本该在晚上赶飞机,但他们却几乎收了全价。前台人员从没好心提醒我,过夜住宿和这种短时住宿差不了多少钱。后来我决定过夜,因为我重新安排了第二天的航班(我有一个会议,赶不上原来的航班)。等我回到酒店买水的时候,他们问我要房间号,结果新的前台告诉我我本该退房了,因为有个备注说我只能住到晚上六七点。我可是下午两点才入住的,真是好笑。我为那半天付了差不多70美元,然后我跟他们说要延期到第二天下午两点,他们又收了我将近80美元。一点人情味都没有,我绝对会联系预订平台,要求退还他们拒绝退还的、我未使用的那四晚房费。他们说我第三天出现也算“未入住”,真是可笑。这简直就是一种诈骗手段,我非常讨厌。但我只能算了。
