Very bad experience, I showed up for the check in and the lady that stayed there overnight was very rude giving me an attitude. She didn’t even want to open the door I had to tell her I’m checking in then she got upset because she had to work because of me a customer. I’m never going back there. I was afraid to ask questions and I had an unpleasant stay

The staff at the front desk are welcoming and accommodating. In deed to change my room due to the street noise, they accommodated my request with willingness to make sure I’m comfortable. They offered to keep my luggage in a safe room since I arrived early to my check in time. I was able to start my sightseeing journey a bit earlier :) Will plan to stay here again when in town. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were not very friendly. Wifi access was poor and dropped out continually. Did not enjoy the experience.

这简直超出了我的预期。房间又大又干净。
