The staff at the front desk are welcoming and accommodating. In deed to change my room due to the street noise, they accommodated my request with willingness to make sure I’m comfortable. They offered to keep my luggage in a safe room since I arrived early to my check in time. I was able to start my sightseeing journey a bit earlier :) Will plan to stay here again when in town. Highly recommend this hotel.

健身房不错。早餐很贵。房间很干净。
总体不错 离机场近
这简直超出了我的预期。房间又大又干净。
酒店位置非常便利。周围环境优美安静，而且离地铁站很近。一切都和描述的一样。我们非常喜欢这里。唯一需要注意的是吹风机的电源线很短，真的非常短。
非常糟糕的体验。我去办理入住时，那位在酒店过夜的女士态度极其恶劣，对我冷嘲热讽。她甚至都不愿意开门，我不得不告诉她我要入住，她却因为我这个顾客而生气，好像她不得不工作似的。我再也不会去那里了。我甚至不敢问任何问题，整个入住过程非常不愉快。
我在前台遇到的第一个人很不友好，当我再次问他我需要什么时，他显然看起来很厌恶。不过其他人还是很友善的。房间很干净，但窗牌坏了，百叶窗一直关着不动，挡住了外面的景色和阳光进入房间。我投诉了，但他们甚至没有为我提供更换房间。周边环境非常安全，前往华盛顿特区也非常方便。
