Bathroom was dirty and the exhaust fan wasn't working as well. For the price the breakfast should have been included as well, but don't mind paying. Then again they charged 14$ for what? Bread and butter and an apple juice? Lol. 370$ for 2 nights mid-week is actually too pricey fir this hotel and services overall. Im not going back.

We booked this last minute and were able to check right away. There was a restaurant on site along with a sports bar right next door.

The property could have been cleaner, the lobby had no air conditioning. Our room had a terrible smell.

Communication
I asked for my room to be cleaned while I was asked, by the front desk. Then got an email via Lauren asking if they could do anything and again I reinstated just to please have my room cleaned. I was gone 7 hours and still came back to dirty room. Very disappointed. But I went down to front desk and they immediately rectified the situation. But seriously 3 different methods before getting it resolved.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean and quiet. A nice pub next door!
我们预订的是双大床房，但他们却只给了我们一张特大床。沐浴露用完了也没续添。

首先，这与我遇到的优秀员工无关。前台的Rosa非常乐于助人，也很热情。泳池的维修工主动帮我打开了热水。他们人非常好。
可惜的是，浴室好像很久没彻底打扫过了，闻起来很臭。马桶里飘出一股刺鼻的气味，即使我离开后，鼻子里仍然有股灼烧感。显然，马桶已经很久很久没用漂白剂擦洗过了。我不得不提前退房。大楼的其他地方都非常干净整洁，但我实在睡不着一间浴室脏兮兮的房间。
最棒的酒店体验之一。隔壁的体育酒吧太棒了。小吃吧里还有我最爱的饮料特价。很棒的地方，很棒的体验！
