The management is unpredictable unprofessional and they stoled money from my bank account. Meaning Charging extra fees without letting me and my husband know. Using AVS to ACH!!! Will report to the BBB and the manager Viki is the worse person we ever had to deal with. The middle eastern manager came into our room 307 and tried on my grey coat!! I put the camera in the room.

The peep hole to room 203 did not have the outside cover. I had not noticed until my third night stay when I was trying to get my card key that anyone could look straight through. I walked down the hallway and no other door was like that. The little dome glass was on every door except mine. Which means that anyone could have been looking into my door. I stuffed the peep hole with paper since it was late at night. I had two nights left so left it as is and reported it when I checked out.

Liked the bigger hotel room w/ the kitchen.
The breakfast bar did not have any fruit. The road noise and AC was loud.

Room was very comfortable and had an adjustable thermostat. Very clean comfortable room.

The room had everything we needed dishes, silverware 1 pot and 1 pan. we were able to do everything we needed except open a bottle of wine. there are many good options for food within easy walking distance. the room was comfortable and had a good size tv for football. staff was friendly and breakfast was available every morning. coffee available 24/7.

The bathroom was dirty—the toilet, bathroom floor and shower. The sheets were stained and the air conditioning returns were rusted.
