I object to Fox "News" on in the lobby. Political propaganda has no place there. If that is a statement of management's opinions, I want nothing to do with your otherwise fine hotel.

酒店回复: This is not our policy or was our opinions. The lobby's television is for guests and is what one guest's preference was when they were waiting to go to work. We have no preference of what channels that the guests want to watch. I really apologize that you felt offended. Smoke smell
Our room smelled like a smoking room. Very dissatisfied with that. I’m expecting a refund of some kind

Nice room but ?
Stayed here because of location for me to get to my destination. On website says hot breakfast there was none friendly staff .doing renovations there no couch or a decent corner chair

Nice suite. Located next to construction of a new exercise room or it would get 5 stars. Lotion was old and dried out.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were fine, pillows were comfy. One issue is that if you have a larger vehicle (truck) you may have difficulty fitting in the parking spaces. We kept running into issues with our keys not working and having to be reset. The biggest issue I ran into was staff not being available when I got locked out of my room to due to the key not working. I had to leave my possessions in the hallway, and eventually had to leave before anyone was able to help. There was construction/remodeling taking place, but was not too messy. The hotel itself was pretty quiet. I stayed 6 days and would stay again since the price was good. No breakfast was a bit disappointing, but they never claim to have it.So be sure to pack or buy something for that. Overall okay stay. If you have someone in the hospital this hotel was a good home vibe due to having a full fridge, and seems built for extended stays.

一家干净、新颖的酒店，房间很舒适。我们晚上11点多才到，酒店大门已经上锁了。我们给前台打了电话，等了几分钟，他们才开门。入住手续办理得很快，员工都很友好也很乐于助人，特别是早上为我们办理退房的那位。
