The air conditioner from TRANE was absurd loud. We could not sleep at all. The fan had dirty and mold all around. Very unpleasant stay.

Great staff and my suite was very clean, equipped with all amenities and comfortable beds! The area is within walking distance to grab a bite to eat if you don’t want to drive. It was very quiet during the day and night and a safe environment.

The lobby was clean and neat. Our mid-Nov stay was in a nice room, although the blinds were inoperable. The room was otherwise in good condition. However the shower leaked and there were pinhole leaks in the obviously very old showerhead. In the lobby elevator a "Caution Wet Floor" sign rode the elevator continuously throughout our stay and the elevator floor remained dirty along with a stained carpet and a stale iffy smel in the second floor lobby. The morninhotel us down to an abysmal breakfast. The only breads were bagels and English muffins. No bread for toast. The bagels and muffins were far from fresh when they arrived, probably two weeks ago.The choices were severely limited. The eggs on English muffin were tasteless, hard, and also far from fresh. Altogether they were nearly inedible. Judging from the trash, others arrived at the same conclusion. There was no yogurt. There was no waffle maker. No fruit, and altogether, not much even though it was just barely 8:00 AM. The cereal, a popular alternative by forced choice was running low in all three containers. My wife asked if there would be more coffee as the two urns were empty. The attendant only asked, "Are they out?" Really! Why else would one ask ... So, stale bread and no coffee. Another attendant who seemed to be *in charge" offered no relief when asked about more or any food. Altogether it was a very poor example of a breakfast on a bust Tuesday morning.

门前垃圾遍地，门窗脏兮兮的，门把手也坏了，大厅里有股怪味，地板也很脏，只要有拖把和吸尘器就好了。房间里闻起来很潮湿。他们只需要一直开着空调就能保持房间清新。
房间还不错，除了墙纸被扯掉了，看起来像是被人扔进去的。
浴室的瓷砖没修好，只是塞了些纸巾堵住了洞。
客房清洁是我最头疼的问题。他们敲门来打扫，我礼貌地说，现在不行，以后再来……他们看了看我，又想看看我的房间……然后问还要多久？
我经常住在这里。这次旅行，没有热水，没法洗澡。早餐少了几样东西，早上7点就没牛奶了。
