Nice, clean, updated room. Breakfast had a lot of choices and staff were very friendly! Great location, will definitely return.

I was initially assigned a room on the first floor, but when I entered the room there was a musty smell plus I preferred a room on a higher floor..My room was changed to the third floor but that room also had a musty smell, I opened the window which helped.
Besides the room smell, the hotel room was clean so was the fitness center. The breakfast had a variety of choices.
Overall, my stay was good.

This is a great hotel! Located perfectly near many attractions in Mystic and also right across from Old Mystic village. The hotel itself is wonderful, very clean, nicely decorated & very comfortable. Loved our room. It was very spacious & the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay again at this property.

Tbh I’m a little torn on the rating. We had an issue with our room but the individual at the desk assisted quickly to get us moved to a different room. He also went above and beyond to help with minor questions about local restaurants. Overall however the hotel itself did not meet our expectations.
Pros: location is great! Breakfast had options available and rooms are spacious.
Areas to improve: Have a list of restaurants/ take out menus available. Pool hours were shorter than most places we’ve stayed. Ensure freshness of the breads/ bagels and we missed waffles (but that’s probably just a personal choice).

Staff was outstanding. Shower was horrible. Had better showers in Viet Nam. Either the hotel is trying to save money on their water bill or the community/state has restrictions on water usage.
I will NEVER stay in this hotel again.

Blinds were difficult to put up and down. They also had holes in them so when the sun came up it got bright in the room. Many outlets in the room didn’t work. The pool is dark and dingy. The room smelled weird when we arrived. This hotel is worth about $160/night, nowhere near the $280 it cost. Would never stay here again.

Clean room, friendly and courteous staff. A very good stay. Only issue I saw was that premium parking can get tight at night, but was only a minor inconvenience.
