I arrived late at night and had to wait for about 10 minutes in the lobby waiting for anyone to show up. I called into the back and knocked on the door but no one came. After yelling hello for the 20th time someone finally came to the desk.
The room wasn’t very clean. There was a used coffee pod left in the coffee maker and the sugar packets were both open and items removed.

Room, especially the bathroom was very clean. Much appreciated that. Only issue if you are going to sell bottles of water at $3 each they should be larger than 16.9 ounces.

我们的浴缸排水不畅，酒店给了我丈夫排水管清洁剂，让他自己倒进去。
特大床很舒服，但折叠沙发床太糟糕了。
不会再住这里了。

房间家具状况良好，外观时尚。清洁度方面还不错，但我们拉出沙发床时，上面沾满了多力多滋脆片碎和糖果。入住时，工作人员态度很好。我们要求换新床单，他们很快就送来了，但我不得不催促他们把旧床单换掉，我真觉得我不应该这么做。最后我们只剩下干净的床单，地板上却沾满了多力多滋脆片碎。热水浴缸——我预订这里的主要原因之一——水温不高，上面好像有一层薄膜，和泳池一样。这样的体验令人失望，尤其是一晚250美元。
