booked through a third party. The room was very noisy from the neighbour on the side, above the room and with loud music from the street and on location. I had to ask for the room basics the following day. What was surprising was that I got a call on my room phone from outside the hotel without my knowledge, which shocked me. I am still waiting to hear from the management, days after I checked out.

只有大床，没有特大床。
我的问题是“特大床”指的是所有大床房。我要求更正这个问题，费了好大劲才换了房间，结果发现每个特大床房都有一张大床。60英寸比76英寸小多了。
