You had to pay for a breakfast Buffett if you wanted breakfast. I didn’t like that option.

Room was clean, but the bathroom had an odd, persistent sewage smell. The bathtub also had marks on it that looked like rust. The automatic light in the entry is also horrible and the fact that there’s no switch to either keep it permanently on or off is a very weird choice. Otherwise everything was great.

Oldie but Goodie!
We enjoyed our stay and the room! Definitely old style decor but nice! Oldie but goodie is not a bad thing at this day and age. I say, if it's clean it's still functional and beautiful. Even the old style TV's! Every one was friendly and helpful, especially Letty in food service; she made my favorite eggs! Thank you so much!

Stayed here for a concert in KC, Rooms were immaculate, comfy beds, staff was quick and happy to accommodate.

非常干净整洁
疫情前几乎每年都来一次KC，每次都是住这个酒店。
离机场7-9分钟车程，有shuttle，环境不错，就是周边吃东西的地方比较少。
早餐是正常的Holiday Inn水平，整体还行。
比较正常的房间
房间整洁，入住方便，楼下餐厅美味
所有员工的服务都很棒，早餐也很棒。唯一需要用机器清洗的是走廊和房间里的地毯，因为它们看起来很脏。走廊看起来有些荒废，需要进一步装饰。不过，员工的待遇确实非常好。
航班取消了，你和酒店都没提供任何帮助，尽管我根本没去过酒店……真是太令人失望了。
