Do not stay here - my family stayed one night, and were fraudulently charged for an already broken TV in the room. I learned in the discussion with the manager that the folks staying earlier that day had gotten in a heated argument and were evicted from the room, but that she (the manager) had "personally checked" and the TV's worked before we got there. When asked why the TV wasn't even plugged-in upon our arrival, she said she had no idea but that it had to be my family that had broken it (despite the obvious answer of a heated argument leading to eviction earlier being the most likely case. She claimed that she had documentation to prove that we broke it (impossible since we did not break it), but unsurprisingly refused to provide said documentation upon request. Again, do not stay here.

Ceiling bird started chirping at 5:40am Friday morning and then again Saturday morning at 4:00am. Hmm? Saturday morning they installed a new smoke detector. Handy for us and I would plan to return.

On behalf of our entire team, I sincerely apologize for the early morning beeping in your room from your smoke detector. Friday morning when you reported the beeping, maintenance had gone in and put in a new battery. Then when you reported it again Saturday morning, maintenance was in the office and went with you to put in another battery. This is not the experience that we want any of our guests to have. You are with us to relax, and waking up early both mornings was frustrating, im sure. I hope to see you again in the future, to host you for a stay that you deserve. I hope you have a wonderful day!

I had a handicap room..dont know why but i didnt select a handicaap room. The room had nazts but orkin came and sprayed

I went back to double check and the reservation that you booked was for a handicap studio. Sometimes we have guests that accidently select that room when booking. They Are Trying Hard!
The property managers are really trying hard to clean up the place - it is clear they are working hard. Saw folks spraying for pests, but they were still in the room. Nice note to welcome us - handwritten! Nice touch. Front desk staff VERY friendly.

The front desk staff and workers around the property were very nice and courteous. The rooms were spacious with the 2 queen suite having two rooms, a kitchen, and living area. However, it is in need of some serious renovations. There was a large quantity of what appeared to be mold in the bathroom, and the sofas had multiple stains. The shower handles were not screwed in and made it difficult to adjust the temperature. There were also many gnats flying around. 2/3 Tvs worked well and could connect to Netflix and YouTube.

这家酒店很棒,非常适合在休斯顿太空中心附近短住,距离太空中心只有十分钟车程。房间虽然朴素但很宽敞,设施齐全,员工都非常友好和乐于助人。
