In need of a refresh
The place is starting to look a little dated (about 15-20 years) and rough around the edges. The room had a broken coffee maker, the wall thermostat wasn’t connected to the window unit and virtually every wall sconce in the hallways had a smashed shade. The TV wasn’t smart, so no streaming option. The pops of blue give the place a youth hostel vibe.

nice rooms and a good breakfast. Only thing that wasn't good was noisy neighbors. It seemed like they were workers that had several rooms near each other. They stopped making noise around 11 and were again noisy at 6 or 7 in the morning. Not sure that anything could of prevented the noise by the staff. If known that a group might be noisy placing people in other sides of the hotel away from themwould be nice if the hotel isn't full. From what we can tell it was a slow week the night when we were there.

I got 3 rooms and we all were happy during our stay. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. Very clean rooms- entire facility was clean and nicely kept. Staff was extremely helpful, especially Ben. Breakfast was great. We’ll absolutely stay here again.

work trip made easy and delightful.
i always stay here when working in this area. The staff are friendly and responsive. They know me by name and always welcome me back. the lobby and breakfast area flow well and are not pretentious, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast options are many and the coffee is delicious. i use the hot tub almost every night after work, sometimes the sauna, and love dipping in the pool intermitently to do "cool plunges." The exercise room looks well-equipped, but I prefer taking 45-60 minute walks either before or after work, and I feel it's a safe area for a solo female traveler to walk. I appreciate the refrigerator and microwave in my room because I typically don't eat out. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and I can always rely on everything being clean and spotless. I sleep really well while staying here.
