2 out of 3 bath towels were in poor condition, one even ripped. Bed very uncomfortable. Was given handicapped room without being informed. Shower water not contained and gets all over floor. Toilet mounted crooked and seat more crooked. Workmanship of shower substandard.

The hotel was booked solid. The staff were friendly. The rooms were cozy and quiet. Breakfast was a welcome treat. Centrally located to Columbia, Lake Murray and Lexington proper.

A good place to stay
My cousin and I this past weekend stayed there to visit family. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was very friendly any time we saw them. The check in and out process was quick and easy.
The beds were very comfortable. As well as the pillows. There was a black out current. That’s always a plus.
Clean bathroom. Nice bright lighting for doing makeup.
We weren’t there long, but we would go back.

The property although old was very clean and the staff very nice & helpful. Liked that they cleaned room daily where most hotels do only every other day. Breakfast was great with many choices & loved the 24 hour coffee bar.
Will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I appreciated tile flooring in the room rather than carpet. Staff was very friendly.

Bugs in the room... tv remote didnt work... fridge was leaking and big puddle of water on the floor

Clean property, clean room, offered laundry room with cheap prices for laundry, as well as fitness room, close to restaurants and coffeehouses, stores, etc. Staff was friendly, pool was clean, the tub was clean, linens and towels were clean, the mini fridge and microwave were clean. I was able to cast my phone to the tv. My son and I were very happy guests.
