Very convenient close to restaurants shopping and the interstate. Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and efficient.

Room was nice, however, the wood valance above the sliding glass door was low at about 6'1" and as a 6'3" person I ended up pumping my head every time I went out the door to our balcony. I did specifically reserve a balcony room to use the balcony and luckily did not actually cut my head when I crashed into the valance.
This valence should be raised and is currently a safety hazard that should be report to the city building depatment or corrected immediately by the maintenance staff.
Quite shocking that it was so low. No need for that valance to be that way.

Consistently great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The El Dorado Hills Town Center location is exceptional with many restaurants, shops, movie theater, and services all within walking distance.

Parking was interesting, especially when there was a concert. The shared parking lot filled u with concert goers

I have stayed here before and always enjoy the property. Several shops in walking distance along with food options.
If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the free breakfast wasn’t warm enough.

It was a decent hotel. Definitely close to a lot of fun things. The AC in the room was so loud that I could barely sleep with it on. Thankfully, they had a fan. The breakfast in the morning is very simple, not much offered, paper plates, and plastic utensils.
