When I checked into my room, I noticed a stain on the sheet on side of bed. No biggie, I let front desk know and they said they would send a housekeeper up to swap out. When I returned, I checked to see if they fixed and and all they did was turn it inside out. I was only there for 1 night, so I didn’t say anything else about it.
If all you’re looking for is a clean bed, it’s not guaranteed!

Late night stop, very friendly. Heard from other guest that this is the ONLY hotel he stays in, actually goes out of his way to stay here, because it's the best in the Springfield area! He said the rest have bugs and/or are dirty. We just got lucky and picked the right one!

The staff was wonderful, the beds were super comfy, the coffee was great and available all day as I was working remotely from the hotel room, the Wi-Fi was stable and fairly fast, the facilities including the pool were all very clean. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great place to stay in the area. Some staff members were not people friendly or didn't care for their job yet others were helpful and friendly. The rooms were fairly clean. I stayed there on two occasions and the second time the room was sanitsry and thoroughly clean.

Hated to leave
Staff were amazing; especially the General Manager, Jen Tucker. Restaurants were recommended, clear directions given. Enjoyed our stay so much we extended it a day.

Nice location and property. We got to our room to find the thermostat was not working. No one answered the phone at the front desk. We went down and was assigned a new room.

Hotel was new, clean. Rooms were clean, roomy. Beds were comfortable and pillows were clean and plush. Breakfast was very filling and satisfying.
