Easy check in, clean environment. Very nice sheets & comfortable bedding. My only negative was the cold shower I had to endure in the morning! May need more/bigger hot water heaters?

Still doing remodeling so it effected my room with plumbing issues but over all it was a good stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
They are under construction and they put us DIRECTLY UNDER a room that was drilling and cutting concretes and remodeling ALLLLLL DAY EVERY DAY!!!
They didn’t even offer a discount snd then AFTER we were told we would receive compensation on our third night, not knowing that we are going to have to listen to construction all day every day they refuse to do it after the fact after we get checked out and returned home.
They told me if I needed to use the phone for business to go to the lobby and find a quiet place
Completely unprofessional completely mismanaged remodeling and construction process.
The staff seemed nice. The hotel seem like a great location very close to the university, but there are lots of other properties around and they should never ever ever have put us directly underneath the room that has being remodeled with concrete work and saw cutting ALL DAY!!!

Depending on availability, we try our very best to place guest away from construction especially if they are here for more than 1 night. If a guest has a problem with a room, we are more than happy to accommodate and do a room switch but, this issue was never brought to us. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences.

Nice hotel. Staff is not seen as you first enter, however they are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The property is nice, and the surrounding areas appear safe, but also a place very close to restaurants, neighborhood gathering spots, and pubs.
