When I arrived the front desk gave me my room key and I went to my room. Upon arriving in my room I found someone else’s clothes, shoes and suitcase on the bed. No one was in the room. I left and went back down to front desk and told them that someone else was in the room they gave me. They ended up giving me another room. This could have been very bad.
Then I requested no room service on the second day. I told the maid working outside my room. She wrote it down. I return to my room and was in my bathroom using the restroom and another maid walked into my room and entered my bathroom. Didn’t knock or announce herself. I was in shocked and she walked out.
I will never stay there again.

Living room was spacious & comfortable. The king size bed was firm and comfortably supportive. Bathroom door a little too close to master bed headboard. There was construction occuring (pounding & sanding) in the room directly above ours (from about 9am to 4pm). Excellent staff, breakfast and parking.

Hotel is run down. Wouldn’t stay here again. This used to be a nice hotel and it looks like are renovating but it’s not worth it

This hotel met my needs. Our room was clean and quiet. Check in was easy and I was given a room to satisfy a request I made. The coffee was surprisingly good.

Hotel was under renovation, would not have stayed if I was informed of this, room was not to expection, took 2 maintance trips to get tv working. Bodily hair on bathroom foor.
