My guest and I were bitten and idk if it was by dust mites or bed bugs. We left very uncomfortable and their only resolution was to give points back because I booked through a 3rd party site

I did not get the room that I paid for. The overnight staff said that I was getting a refund of over $270, only to be overridden by the day staff, who said that I would receive points, instead of cash. The tv volume did not work, on the first night and I had to endure noise, from doors slamming and the next room's alarm. This person kept hitting the snooze and the alarm continuously kept sounding, after 4:30am, waking me up. I told the front desk that the walls are too thin.

Our stay was ok. I had specifically gotten a room with a jacuzzi tub because my husband has neck and back issues when driving for great distances. We had driven for 8 hours before checking in. Well the stopper in the tub was broken and the tub would not hold water making it unusable. Therefore, the extra money spent for that room was more or less wasted money. Could have just gotten a double room for the benefit we received.

The staff at this Hampton Inn is so kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and was readily available to answer questions. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you

Property is back off the road, very peaceful. I really like this place. Staff is great, breakfast is tasty with several options. Rooms are very nice. This must be a newer hotel.

This was our first time to stay here. The overall experience was great. 5 stars! Every staff member was friendly and hospitable. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
