The property is being renovated. The new renovations are nice, but the finishing work is poorly done. I had to have the toilet serviced due to it constantly filling the tank. It took six hours for maintenance to get there, and it was still doing it when I checked out. The employees at the front desk were very professional and friendly.

Room was clean and in good condition. Beds are very lumpy. Construction work is going on at this site so parking can be an issue. Otherwise it was ok for a one night stay.

Although this property was advertised as ocean view, there is no view or access to the ocean from this location, which is why we booked it there. The staff there were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure the lack of ocean access didn't ruin our trip. Glendon and Daniel gave us tips on where to go and we had an amazing time. They were so kind and went WAY above and beyond with our luggage and accommodation. They truly saved Courtyard from getting a bad review.

The stay was for a wedding. Hotel is very nice, clean, safe, easy parking, actually do not remember the breakfast, unless it's a hot sit down menu we do not take advantage of them. Staff were extremely pleasant, check in and out was easy. The only issue we had was walking to our car dressed in wedding attire and the landscape crew were blowing leaves, debris and dust and had to be asked to stop until we were able to get into our car.

With no prior notification, I was moved to Fairfield next door. No refund for meal i had paid for. Water damage? Why was i moved and not others?? Not a good look.
