Upon entering my room, I noticed an overwhelming musty odor and immediately requested a change. While the front desk staff responded promptly, the new room had the same issue. The odor was so strong it made it difficult to rest. The lighting was poor, the wallpaper appeared discolored, and the vents and room overall did not seem well cleaned. Most concerning, the toiletries in the sink area had clearly been used. This property needs major attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

They randomly cancelled my stay when my weekend became a 'premium weekend' due to an unexpected football game so they can sell the room for more $. I'm Titanium Elite FWIW....

Clean, fresh rooms. With great service. Our was Vivienne to many destinations in the area including Texas A & M college, nightlife activities & tons of great restaurants. College Station has grown to be a big small town with lots of parks, George Bush National Library, college sports & more.

The food at the restaurant was horrible for the high price. No room service available either. The walls are paper thin, you can hear conversation in the hallway coming from rooms and the room we booked smelled like cigarettes .

这家酒店是一家相当典型的万怡酒店。酒店干净舒适。酒店有点陈旧，但房间很漂亮，设备齐全。套房非常宽敞。这是我第一次入住提供免费欧陆式早餐的万怡酒店。很贴心！

走进房间，房间看起来很漂亮（床硬得像石头一样），我筋疲力尽，躺在床上时听到一个声音，还以为是自己想象出来的。（多年来第一次独自住酒店）第二天早上，我放在床上未打开的薯片袋不见了，放在空调下面。一只或多只老鼠吃了夜宵。我洗了个澡，收拾好行李。去前台告诉他们这次经历（哦，空调从来没有真正让房间凉爽过）。站在那里的 3 名员工告诉我，当外面又热又干燥时就会发生这种情况，他们已经处理好了。就是这样，我们会处理好的。我的床上有一只老鼠！！！！我们不是在汽车旅馆，我们在酒店。
没人用代客推车送我去房间。地毯上很不方便。
