The staff was friendly. The bar was amazing. Best espresso martini! It was nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby in the morning. The room was a little bit industrial and sterile with the decorating, but it was clean.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice as well, not too hard. I enjoyed food from the bar and coffee from Starbucks. It was a pleasant place to stay.

Staff are very nice! My only complaints are that the whole first floor smells like cigarette smoke and is attempted to be covered up by air fresheners but thankfully the rest of the hotel smells clean. Are room was tidy but lots of hair on the floor and linens.

The hotel was very impressive as we walked into our hotel room. Everything is very contemporary, clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Staff was also very friendly.

Terrible cleaning staff

Room was clean when we got there. Impossible to rate the cleaning staff, a three night stay and the room was never cleaned. I had to contact the front desk for towels and coffee refills for the next morning. Let the trash stack up it was never picked up either. Not sure if I will be staying there again. For the price of the hotel I expected better.

Stay there during Rebel Road it was a great place to stay nice clean good food nice drinks the only downfall is I wish they had windows on Western Street I guess you would say the city of you.

The room was very spacious and pretty upgraded. Bathroom was small, but works for what it is.

Heavily water damaged and chipped ceiling. Should make repairs so pieces aren’t visible fallen.
