Room and staff were very nice. Having to pay $5 for a coffee and $20 for a simple something to eat for breakfast was a real disappointment, especially at $140 per night.
Will not stay there again.

I loved nearly everything about this property with 2 exceptions… one (BIG). The hotel GM did not staff up (as she had promised) for the breakfast on 10/19/25. There was a huge wedding party staying there, that had pre-paid their breakfast. With only one cook, and one service person, there was no way to keep up. My party ended up canceling our breakfast order after waiting 1.5 hours. There were others who waited THREE hours for breakfast. It was a huge inconvenience on the morning of our flight out with two young children who were hungry!
The smaller problem is that our room was not cleaned every other day as promised. Towels were delivered but nothing done to clean.

Hot Tub is broken which is advertised on the app. The ac unit we was far away from the bed in the corner bad to set the thermostat to 62 to make it comfortable. Other than that it was nice

我真的真的真的以为这家酒店和我们住过的其他万豪酒店一样，房费里会包含早餐，还会提供热水浴缸。天哪，我错了！如果我知道这里没有这两项，我肯定会选择其他酒店。预订的时候应该把这些都解释清楚。因为信息都在网上，所以显示这些信息并不难。最好能做得更好。
房间本身很不错，床也很舒服。但是，我们和十几岁的孩子一起旅行。热水浴缸坏了，泳池也没有加热。实在太冷了，根本没法游泳。虽然我们都知道，但酒店没有提供免费早餐。他们提供的早餐贵得要命！一个热腾腾的冷冻羊角面包三明治竟然要12美元！谢天谢地，附近有Cracker Barrel、Bob Evan's和Sheetz。电梯味道难闻，而且速度很慢，还发出很多咔哒咔哒的噪音。
