The lobby is great, updated and plenty of spaces for groups to sit and socialize. The king room itself was good and shower was roomy but I’m not a fan of the rolling barn-door on bathroom. It didn’t have a stopper so door came out of track if rolled too fast, plus the frosted glass + track gap is annoying if you’re sharing room. The bed pillows were down (?) and too soft/flat for my liking.
Front desk staff were very nice and accommodated our request for room location.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Please upgrade the floor in your pool area...it needs to be pressure washed/replaced. Your lobby is beautiful and inviting! I would stay at this property again:)

Service/staff excellent. Food mediocre. Hot buffet breakfast was cold, not very good. Very expensive. Most Marriotts I have stayed at, the breakfast buffet was complimentary.

这家万豪旗下的酒店，其服务水准远低于我的预期。今年夏天酷热难耐，我失望的是，酒店几乎没有提供“免费瓶装”饮用水。床虽然是按照要求订的特大床，但实际上更像是一张军用帆布床……床垫非常硬，而且非常矮。我觉得它简直就是一张床垫放在床架上。插座/插头完全无法使用……需要更换或加装某种插件。墙上的插头经常会“掉出来”！浴室（淋浴间）没有排气扇。窗户上满是水汽，淋浴间潮湿，最糟糕的是，上帝保佑你不要再去洗第二次澡了。我以前从未经历过这种事。总而言之，凯悦酒店（或者其他任何酒店）会是更好的选择。绝对不会再住这家万豪酒店了。太令人失望了！
