Bedroom was clean and had beautiful sunset over the Ashley River. Rocking chairs on balcony were wonderful. Shuttle drivers were great and easy to work with. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. The hotel had a shuttle to the historic district and the drivers were very friendly and helpful.

房间很干净,但是电视坏了,淋浴水压很低,而且时冷时热,忽冷忽热。我提前打电话确认过酒店有热水浴缸,当时对方说有。我们当初就是冲着热水浴缸才订的房。结果到了之后发现浴缸是坏的,而且没有任何修好的迹象。我们把房间里的问题都告诉了酒店,但他们始终没有解决。
本来这次住宿体验会很棒,可惜火警警报器坏了——竟然在午夜响了!我们下楼去停车场,结果发现门锁了!只好又回到大堂,从那里出去——谢天谢地,大堂里没着火!这已经是警报器第二次响了,结果几天后又响了一次!!
开了几个小时的车,又等了将近两个小时才办理入住。5点45分终于拿到房间,然后不得不匆匆赶去参加7点半开始的活动。结果回到房间,发现空调明明设定在68度,却感觉像78度那么热。我以前住过这家酒店好几次,都很喜欢。但现在这里确实变了。
四楼天花板上有肉眼可见的霉菌,房间里弥漫着霉味,床单上有干涸的血迹,空调也多次出现故障,需要维修。
当我告知酒店霉菌问题时,酒店竟然说“霉菌在理论上无处不在”。
不推荐入住,非常不满意,除非你想花全价入住有霉菌的房间,而且空调还坏了,否则不值得。
我预订这家酒店,结果到了前台才发现没有空房。前台接待员非但没有提供帮助,反而态度生硬冷漠。我在其他万豪酒店,即使遇到问题,员工也总是非常热情周到。凯尔西(Kelsea)是这家酒店的前台接待员,她的态度实在太差了。前台接待是客人对酒店的第一印象。我是本地人,在南卡罗来纳医科大学(MUSC)工作,以前经常安排供应商入住这家酒店,但这次的经历让我以后会考虑其他酒店。杰里米(Jeremy)是当时的经理,但他既没有出来帮忙,也没有解释情况。我对这两位员工缺乏同理心、乐于助人以及热情周到的态度感到非常失望,因此以后不会再选择这家酒店了。我建议,如果以后再发生类似情况,酒店管理层应该亲自出来礼貌地解释情况,或者至少让前台接待员更加热情友好,更善解人意。
工作人员很不友好。房间很脏。插座坏了,所以没法给设备充电。工作人员整晚不停地关门和敲门。完全不顾及住在那里的人。我们辛苦弄出的水漏到了浴室地板上。最糟糕的是,似乎正在施工,因为我们被房间下面的钻机和风镐吵醒了(我们睡得很少)。没有任何警告或迹象。如果你讨厌自己,不需要休息。这是适合你的地方!否则,无论如何都要避开这个地方。你会感谢我的。
