Breakfast was wonderful! Amanda made it incredibly accommodating for us each of the 4 mornings we dined there!! I’m a picky eater, and Amanda was more than happy to listen to and honor the modifications to my order…service with an infectious beautiful smile!!! All the breakfast staff were wonderful!! The room was clean but TV didn’t work, there was NO shower pressure and it would cut in and out turning cold and hot randomly. I called ahead of time to confirm they had a hot tub and was told they did. This is WHY we booked here in the first place. When we arrived it was broken and gave no indication of it being fixed. We told them about the issues in our room and it was never addressed.

We were thoroughly pleased with the hotel. The atmosphere, staff greetings, the grounds, and food options were top tier. Everyone was eager to assist and were very patient while showing awesome professionalism. We will definitely be going back!

This property is great. The outdoor area is such a value added . They also offer a shuttlebus every half hour roughly 7am - 10pm. My two concerns are of a walk from downtown Charleston if you like to walk or run. And, I had a rental bike and really struggled to find somewhere to put it. They don’t have any bike racks. But a bike here is fabulous to get you everywhere you need to go. I rented an ebike from a place in Mount Pleasant.l and was able to get over to Sullivan Island and the Isles of Pine, over the walkable bridge et al

I can't say enough about the staff! In the evening the girl in training and manager were kind and helpful with check-in and suggesting a place to find sushi. We actually ended up eating at the Bistro because there was a gluten free dairy free option. Which brings me to the morning staff and chef - wow- so accomadating! The chef made certain our food was cooked in oil not butter and understood foods that had gluten and served us a substitute without asking (so thoughtful and impressive). He even came to the table to check on us with smile and cheerful laugh. What a great way to start our day!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We loved our spacious room which had a large balcony that provided views of the water, boats and marsh. The outside patio area had lots of seating with gorgeous views of the water and marina to enjoy during the day or at night. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff was helpful. The hotel shuttle was very convenient!

Would have been a wonderful stay except for the fire alarm-defective alarm-go off at midnight! Then we went down the stairs to the parking area and the door was locked! We went back up to the lobby and went out the lobby door there-thank goodness there wasn’t a fire in the lobby! It was the second time the alarm went off and then it happened again a couple days later!!
