The room was spacious and clean, but the walls were so thin. We could hear everyone in the hallway including kids yelling. And we were on 2nd floor so we could hear the kids at the pool. We don't usually have this many noise issues, but this hotel on floor 2 was not sound proofed. Check in and out was good. Location was good. Wouldn't recommend due to noise.

Choose this hotel for the family/kids. It was brutally cold, they were shivering and couldn't enjoy a show in the room as there was only minimal channels (no kid shows) either.
Purchased two breakfast meals, wish they made it more affordable for the rest of the family. If I had to choose again, I wouldn't try this hotel over the others unless we could make it more kid/family friendly.

Overall, the stay was not pleasant. Starting with the hotel being under construction and nowhere stated that this was the case. I even called to confirm booking and at no point was that stated. It appeared the hotel was hosting major events during the same time as my stay as well. There was a Job Fair, some sort of ceremony (loud music was blasting from the ballroom), and they had a soccer tournament in town which had a flood of guests all check in at once. These guests were estimated to be around 50+ people mostly children from the ages of 6-14. There were little girls all over the hotel. The common spaces were not respected and could not be enjoyed because of the lack of coordination with this enormous check in. These guests were going up and down all the floors from the lobby to my floor being the 5th. They were going up and down the elevators making it impossible at times to even take the elevators because its so small. The hotel is older as well so the room doors are heavy and slam if you do not catch the door. All these kids would just let the doors slam from the late hours to the early morning. The pool/hot tub could not be enjoyed because again were constantly in use from this major check in. The hotel offered no accommodations here and did not alert me to ANY of these events when booking. I regretted notearly checking out and just eating the cost because it was hard to get good sleep and the "perks" of this hotel were not enjoyed because of the construction andguests

The best Holiday Inn we’ve ever used. The only thing we thought should be done was that one of the side entrances we used from the parking lot was not set up for you to use your key card. I think that should be changed to be safer especially at night. Anyone could walk in.
