Really a 3.5 (vs a 3). The staff is great, the walkability is awesome, as is parking. BUT it is one of the more dated Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at (in the rooms mostly). My biggest complaint was how the doors stuck so bad you couldn’t open or shut them easily (adjoining rooms), the bathroom did not lock, no fan in the bathroom, the sink wouldn’t drain, the bathroom smelled like sewage in both rooms when the sink was run or toilet was flushed, the black out shades didn’t really black out, the air unit was LOUD and kicked on and off every ten minutes all night long. No breakfast, if that matters to you but decent free coffee. I would refuse to stay here again if my entire party was but wouldn’t book it again myself. Again it’s an okay place but not higher end good or great. Again, staff was great. I think it just needs a little perk up!

The room and common areas were dirty and outdated. The AC didn't work and it took at least 5 minutes to get hot water. The cabinet door to get to the fridge was broken. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I've never stayed at a Holiday Inn in this poor of condition. The person who checked me in was very nice and having the restaurant so close was a nice amenity.

Great stay, comfy beds!
Our TV service went out once, we called the front desk and they sent somebody up immediately and they fixed it. The only other problem we had was the charging station didn’t work, it was a good thing that we brought plug-ins as well. The bed was super comfy! I would totally recommend this hotel.

The room and hotel staff were great. Not sure what was [going on in the restaurant. everyone was super friendly when we ordered food to go but when we came back at 930 on a Saturday night, everyone was in a bad mood, we got one drink and sent us packing back to our room!

Most of it the location is wonderful if you have a child going to the university is at a walking distance very central
环境干净卫生，房间，卫生间，各种设施令人舒适。房间有免费咖啡包，茶包，咖啡机，冰箱，方便使用。早餐丰富，有热菜，热饮，水果，适合中国人。特别是各种口味麦片，酸奶，真好吃。服务员热情，善良，友好。这个酒店就在大学旁边，我们步行五分钟就到校园了。而且离曼格坦机场只有15分钟路程，大约11公里吧。我们六位中国人入住两天，感觉非常舒服，点👍👍👍。
员工服务很好，但酒店设施陈旧，浴缸很糟糕，到处都是黑头发，淋浴间只适合身高1.5米的人使用，总之是一家维护不善的老酒店。不提供早餐和咖啡，绝对不值每晚200美元。
