It was bad experience for the team members and staff at the time of their departure from our company and we had a very difficult situation with one of them being a member of the front desk staff and the manager was not able to help us with any questions and issues with the company and the manager had no idea how to help us in the process of being on time and we had to leave a little early because of the situation and the company was very frustrated with us so we decided to leave and find another place to stay. And was very disappointed to see that they had no one else to help us with the issue and they are not able to provide any assistance for us to assist us with any further issues with the situation. We are very disappointed to have been unable to provide assistance until we leave for that hotel. We had a very difficult time with the hotel and staff’s. It’s not easy to get help from them and the hotel manager has been extremely rude and very difficult to reach out to talk with the manager about the situation with regards to the hotel management situation as they are very rude people.

This property has started a renovation and it's sorely needed. Dull and grimy in several areas. The couple we were traveling with had to switch rooms due to faulty air conditioning. Our room we couldn't figure out how to turn off the alarm clock so we were startled away at midnight both nights we were there. Then between the two rooms, 3 electronic devices failed to charge overnight, Bad wiring, who knows? The breakfast was blah. Coffee OK, not much fruit, the hot cinnamon rolls are a saving grace. The staff was friendly. We wont stay at this property again.
