First room was a mould factory. 2nd room was better but tub was questionable.
STAFF WERE INCREDIBLY FANTASTIC, WARM, POLITE, AND HELPFUL. HUGE THANKS TO THEM.

Room was old, lamps were all rusted,one day our bed was not made no new towels and phone did not work. Every night around 4 to 5 am an alarm in the hall would go off for 3 times. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Jan at the front desk was wonderful

We walked in a dead bugs on the lobby floor first off, then checked in what was supposed to have been a handicapped room which wasn't, mold all in the bathroom, floors looked like trash that was leaking sat on the carpet. It was disgusting!! We tried it last year and the same issues we will never try it again.

房间里弥漫着一股难闻的味道，就像我们还没到就有人在里面拉了个屎一样。房间的地板都在下陷。我们洗澡的时候，淋浴间的地板滑得要命。咖啡不错，但我没吃早餐，因为看起来不太吸引人。走廊还是一如既往的热。下午的接待员不太友好。很明显，我们迷路了，不知道电梯在哪里，但她甚至没有试图帮我们。我不推荐这家酒店。里面还有虫子！有人在楼里骑自行车，出口处的垃圾桶里堆满了垃圾。退房的时候，客房服务人员在走廊里大声喧哗。
