The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but I disliked that housekeeping was banging on the door despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign and the fact that I was only there 1 night.

The first room asignes to us was dirty and the microwave burned, we asked to be changed of room, next room blankets didn't smell clean…

Overall everything was great but the new coffee machines are slow and there is often a line. Also there is no option for half and half coffee other than making a cup of each and mixing.

Over top of the bathroom ceiling was a very loud, vibrating machine. So loud that I couldn't sleep. Don't know if all rooms are like that, but room 413 is. DO NOT stay in that room!!!! 2 nights, $340 dollars!!! Overpriced and terrible!!!

The room was clean. The shower was the most memorable part of the stay. It was phenomenal! The water pressure was just right with generous flow, no stinging small streams. I didn't have much time at this location, just in and out but I do recall the breakfast was well done.

I had to ask for clean towels because no one ever came in to clean. The third day someone at the front desk had made a note to have it cleaned but when I got back that night no one had been in. I don’t drink the coffee in the room - if I had I would have been out of luck after day 1. I don’t eat the free breakfast or ask for the sheets to be changed. I just would have liked some clean towels!!!! I’m wondering if your cleaning staff isn’t showing up because they’re afraid of an ICE raid. It’s really a shame. Definitely different from the other times I’ve stayed there.
