My stay was fine. But the coffe maker didn't work, no hand soap in the bathroom and it was hard to turn off the water in the shower

Let me tell you staying here is not the experience you expect when you stay at a Hilton. Not a bad hotel but definitely not a Hilton. I booked two rooms here and to start off the deposits are 100.00 the lobby is renovated fairly newly. But when u get to the back, an absolute time capsule outdated carpet low ceilings, and small compact rooms. The window seals were water damaged along with the ceiling peeling. And when I tell you for the prices of these rooms absolutely nothing is complimentary. The bottle of water placed in you rooms are 3.00 a piece and breakfast is 15.00 per person. So yea thts my review of the property can't say I would ever return or recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for an event at Hampton Coliseum. For the price we paid, 3 stars is kind of generous. Being close was really important to us, but don’t expect any kind of luxury for that price.

Not what I’m used to…
Very friendly staff but the room was not as clean and I would like it. There was someone’s lashes on the bathroom counter and hair on the bathroom floor. Not sure if the tib was not cleaned properly or just stained but it wasn’t welcoming.

The room was fine but the bathroom was not as clean as I thought it should be. Didn’t have any wash cloths. Tv not compatible for fire stick. Needs to be upgraded

This property needs updating and upkeep. The staff is friendly, helpful, and appear hardworking, however based on the need for a cosmetic overall they are fighting an uphill battle.

********** took my money, it was non refundable which was fine. I booked for two nights and wasn’t able to make the first night. When I tried to check in on the second night the hotel had cancelled my reservation as a no show. ********** didn’t pay them and wouldn’t refund my money. Terrible! Won’t be using ********** again, after more than 10 years.
If I pay ********** then they should pay the hotel instead of keeping my money

Only complaint was the drooping shower curtain rod. It caused the curtain to droop towsrds the middlenof the rod and left each end of the curtain open. I did advise t h e s

The front desk staff was super nice. However, the room was damp, so damp that the carpet and furnishings felt wet to the touch.
The area is sketchy, meaning they lock the front door after 10pm and you have to be buzzed back in.

Just overall a gross feeling when staying here.
