酒店和房间都很干净舒适。所有员工都很友好热情。早餐种类有限。鸡蛋贝果（奇怪的组合）是冷的。我不知道对小麦过敏的人都吃什么，也许是冷的煮鸡蛋？他们肯定不能吃鸡蛋贝果。自制华夫饼很好吃（前提是你能吃小麦）。
床铺已经磨损严重。
电子钥匙一直显示正在准备房间。我最后去前台询问时，他们“哦”了一声，然后给了我实体房卡。我问电子钥匙是不是坏了，他们说“你可以再试一次”。我试了，这次可以用了。
床头靠灯的那一侧床垫磨损严重。看起来他们没有轮换床垫，因为另一侧的床垫仍然很结实。他们应该正在慢慢更换床垫，因为我们七月份入住的房间没有这个问题。
另外，他们应该说明一下，游泳池已经关闭（据维修人员说，正在维修）。
前台说整个酒店都允许携带宠物，这与某个网上信息相反，该信息称只有特定房间允许携带宠物。带宠物上厕所的地方有限，而且有的地方到处都是垃圾。
房间糟透了。他们把我安排在一间又脏又臭的残疾人房里，可能是因为我是聋子吧！工作人员还可以。
我很高兴我们的宠物可以和我们一起旅行！他们对我们特别好，尤其是我们带着两只斗牛犬的时候！
自从我们上次入住以来，早餐质量就大不如前了。而且两部电梯似乎只有一部在运行。
方便且令人满意，但并不出众。如果能提供电动汽车充电服务就更好了。
