The stay was great. The air conditioner was a little loud but sometimes that is not a bad thing

My fault for not checking, but $12.95 for hotel breakfast better be an amazing breakfast, except it looked about the same as what you'd get anywhere for free. Can't speak to that as we chose to find breakfast elsewhere.
Otherwise the staff and room were great!

Garden Inn not up to snuff.
Everything was an extra charge. Coffee pot was missing a part. Yes a maintenance person showed up but not what I was expecting. Won't stay at a Garden Inn again.

Well we had at least 9 years rooms and I needed to cancel 3 rooms for 1 night. They wld not let me do that - so my son and his friends cancelled their room at another hotel and can over to stay which front desk mgr were aware that they were coming over - gave us keys etc - went to go in their room late at night and they had not been cleaned - so I hurried up and made the beds - went down to at least get new towels for 3 rooms and they cld only give me 3! And as far as cleaning it they said they had no idea but they all knew. Then the price hike was outrageous! I got some of the rooms at $300-$400 and the 3 I booked at your hotel were OVER $600! I get that there was a concert that night and I am all for increasing the prices to say $300-$400 but $600!! My son stayed at a very nice hotel across the highway and he paid about $300 and NO questions were asked when he needed to cancel the day of because he had to come over to our hotel - and I tried to cancel the second day prior to us even coming. And the towel thing and the room not clean - wow. I booked 3 rooms from another site and I asked if I cld cancel those and we just switch rooms and no one wld ever even look that up - and they cldnt check the people out that left Saturday so I had to pay for all the room for Two nights - I get a lot of rooms for a lot of events and have never been taken advantage of like this ever before!! I have been a Hilton Honors member for several years - You can do better!

NO Continental Breakfast
Front desk service was amazing. Rooms were okay size. We had 4 people in the room.
One thing that we didnt see you have to pay for breakfast, they do have what im.not sure if you could call a buffet or order from menu. And 14$ per person. This was a shock to me as we paid 400$ a night for this hotel.
