The hotel has been sold to a new owner whenever we come to visit Milwaukee we stay at this hotel so we may be looking for a new hotel because of $250 deposit is out of control

Refreshing Vacay MKE Stay
We had a wonderful stay, rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, everyone working at the front desk made check-in and check-out easy and hassle free. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. Room rates were very reasonable.

I was charged for an accidental booking. I kept calling the hotel and the travel agency kept reaching out tot he hotel and there was no response.
The accidental booking was done due to a faulty link that misguided me. See screen shots, I was trying to book a hotel in Virginia and it took me to Milwaukee
I called immediately after booking. This is a scam. And if I’m not responded with I will proceed with legal action.

The pool had all doors locked even exit door was locked from the outside. People were vaping in yhe hot tub. Very clean lobby and staff were helpful

The property was used by the state for a voucher system for displaced, homeless, etc. I called them before booking to ask if they were and they said no. I asked in person’s well and they lied while I was there. Ac went out, keys didn’t work for doors, or they worked for neighbors door having went into wrong room one time. elevators did not work one day. Homeless hung outside. Noise was ridiculously loud all times of the night. Kids running in hallways. I had to ask everyday for toilet paper and towels even after I’d asked in the am for them. It was the baddest experience staying at a hotel I have ever had.
