The staff was very helpful and friendly. Updating was in progress, and it was definitely needed. Pool room is in need of repairs, but the water was fantastically warm. Lighting in the bathroom was an issue. Overall, ok.

Bathroom floor was sticky and drink fountain in pool area was filthy as was the wall by the hot tub in the pool area. There was also black mold on the shelf in the bath tub.

Breakfast was clean & wonderful.. but an unexpectedly & unnecessary room change was demanded in middle of reservation. Very inconvenient. Had it been mentioned or organized @chech in it could have been done much easier. Or avoiding - why would they ask someone with two pets to move rooms in the middle of a reservation for a carpet cleaning when it didn’t even commence the day it was scheduled.

I stayed for two nights and was supposed to get our room cleaned. Came back and it wasn’t serviced. I had to go to the front desk to replace my towels for the room.

We loved everything in the hotel. Lovely room and we loved the room and bed. We also loved the pool and hot tub. My boyfriend didn't want to leave the hot tub.

This place was perfect for a trip, I only wish I'd brought trunks to go swimming- the pool seemed nice. Good amenities in the rooms, comfy, clean beds- really just everything I needed from a hotel.
