Not the cleanest. Our room was musty and smelled like mildew. Our shower and toilet was clogged as well.

The house cleaning staff were the worst, day 1, the room was ok bed was made towels were clean. After that it was all downhill. Our bed was never made again. after 2 days I notified the front desk who was going to talk to the proper person to rectify. Then no result with bed, or trash pick up. We did get clean towels that day so someone must have come in. The last day there a young woman arrived early am and we told her we needed a few minutes to get dressed, she indicated she would just get clean towels and be back, she left the door open so we took it as she was coming right back. When we left the room around 12 she still had not returned, so I tracked her down to let her know we were going out and she could do the the room, but when we came back around 8 the room was open with the latch keeping it open as they do and nothing was done. Needless to say we were a little upset to think our room had been unlocked all day. I called the front desk again and they were going to handle but we never received a response or concern. Very disappointed in Hampton Inn.

Great place to stay. Close to lots of restaurants.
Need to make it so the door for the shower opens where you turn it on not at the end as it is easy to get burned if you don't turn it far enough.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was clean and comfy. The only issue was the plumbing. The toilet did not flush and the shower water was on roller-coaster ride. Water kept going from hot to cold so, that was interesting. The hallway smelt like weed.othee then that... would stay there again.

另外，房间门与门框不齐，每次开门都得非常用力推，而且会发出巨大的响声，附近房间都能听到。最糟糕的是，周二早上我们尝试离开房间时，门锁机构失灵了，我们被困在房间里——想象一下如果发生火灾或医疗紧急情况会怎样！维修人员赶来后，用电子房卡从外面打开了门，但门从里面还是打不开。
我们预订了两晚，所以要求换个房间。当我们搬运行李时，发现放在房间冰箱里的所有东西都冻坏了。我们向前台的三位工作人员反映了这些问题，但他们表现得非常冷漠，只是建议我们调整一下温度设置！
第二天晚上，房间空调的问题依旧，而且温度降不到70度以下。早餐后，我们拿了个行李车，乘坐电梯去五楼。到达后，电梯只有内门打开了一半——外门没开，看起来我们又被困在电梯里了！我们只好把电梯按到四楼，出去后又乘坐第二部电梯到了五楼！
开了十个小时的车回到家后，我查看了信用卡，发现汉普顿酒店（Hampton Inn Willow Grove）有一笔201.41美元的收费！我是一个月前通过第三方平台预订的酒店，并且已经通过Trip.com支付了房费。
汉普顿酒店总部真应该感到羞耻，没有更好的管理和监督措施！这家酒店设施不安全，管理层和员工都不可信！
房间不错，我住了8月21及22日两晚，但离店时忘了拿衣柜里的2件T恤及一件衬衫，过两天25日再去酒店前台询问，说已找不到了或已当垃圾扔掉了。得知结果后心情变不好。
优点：员工服务态度很好，地理位置优越，早餐美味，房间温馨舒适。
酒店地理位置优越，环境干净整洁。工作人员非常友善，总是微笑着打招呼。
马桶位置不对，一直漏水。我们通知了前台，但什么也没做。晚上，一台机器开始运转，不到40分钟就发出很大的噪音，我们根本睡不着。淋浴漏水，所以我们没法完全湿透，只能自己找水！前台工作人员很乐于助人，但我不推荐这个地方。
