Overall it was fine, room was clean, staff were nice. Just a couple of little things that were kind of a bummer…the coffee in the lobby/breakfast area was barely warm. There was no water in the lobby and the water dispenser was not working, and there was no conditioner in the shower. Also, a common thing that I don’t understand- why is it set up so you have to basically be standing all the way in the shower to reach the knob to turn the water on, so the freezing cold water has to hit you? Why can you not just reach in and turn the faucet on from outside the shower stall? Also no fan in bathroom.

我们周一入住，当时费城地区天气非常炎热。空调需要一直开着。我们尝试将风扇设置为“常开”而不是“自动”，这样压缩机反复启动和关闭的声音就不会打扰我们睡觉。但无论设置成什么模式，只要压缩机一停止运行，风扇就会停止。这每隔15到20分钟就会发生一次，把我们吵醒。
另外，房间门与门框不齐，每次开门都得非常用力推，而且会发出巨大的响声，附近房间都能听到。最糟糕的是，周二早上我们尝试离开房间时，门锁机构失灵了，我们被困在房间里——想象一下如果发生火灾或医疗紧急情况会怎样！维修人员赶来后，用电子房卡从外面打开了门，但门从里面还是打不开。
我们预订了两晚，所以要求换个房间。当我们搬运行李时，发现放在房间冰箱里的所有东西都冻坏了。我们向前台的三位工作人员反映了这些问题，但他们表现得非常冷漠，只是建议我们调整一下温度设置！
第二天晚上，房间空调的问题依旧，而且温度降不到70度以下。早餐后，我们拿了个行李车，乘坐电梯去五楼。到达后，电梯只有内门打开了一半——外门没开，看起来我们又被困在电梯里了！我们只好把电梯按到四楼，出去后又乘坐第二部电梯到了五楼！
开了十个小时的车回到家后，我查看了信用卡，发现汉普顿酒店（Hampton Inn Willow Grove）有一笔201.41美元的收费！我是一个月前通过第三方平台预订的酒店，并且已经通过Trip.com支付了房费。
汉普顿酒店总部真应该感到羞耻，没有更好的管理和监督措施！这家酒店设施不安全，管理层和员工都不可信！
房间不错，我住了8月21及22日两晚，但离店时忘了拿衣柜里的2件T恤及一件衬衫，过两天25日再去酒店前台询问，说已找不到了或已当垃圾扔掉了。得知结果后心情变不好。
优点：员工服务态度很好，地理位置优越，早餐美味，房间温馨舒适。
马桶位置不对，一直漏水。我们通知了前台，但什么也没做。晚上，一台机器开始运转，不到40分钟就发出很大的噪音，我们根本睡不着。淋浴漏水，所以我们没法完全湿透，只能自己找水！前台工作人员很乐于助人，但我不推荐这个地方。
