The room was very clean.I was led to believe I would have a handicapped bathroom.However, the shower was a walking shower but no handrails.So it was scary taking a shower because I am disabled.I asked for a disabled bathroom.Otherwise the room was very nice and very clean.And the staff was very friendly and very courteous

Room was great and clean, breakfast are seemed to be under construction so we have very limited options, you can hear everything going on on the hallways.

Overnight stay with my daughter. Door to our room did not close fully although it did lock. Wanted to use hot tub but there were about 20 kids jumping in and out of pool and hot tub. Even at 9:30 at night! Recommend having adult only time from 9pm. Breakfast was terrible since there was construction going on. One of main reasons for booking this hotel was breakfast offerings shown in pictures.

The room was a little run down, but it was clean. There were exposed wires under the ac/heating unit that was concerning.
The biggest issue was the theft from the staff. A bag was left in the room at check out. 12 hrs later, upon arriving home and unpacking, I noticed the missing bag. It had one game in it and several boxes of cookies and snacks. I quickly called the hotel to let them know I’d left a bag in my room. They said they “recovered” the bag with the game inside, but didn’t know where the boxes of cookies and snacks went. They said they’d ask their “crew” in the morning and call me back.
The next morning came and left, no call. I called around 2:30 in the afternoon and spoke with a different representative from the hotel. He reported the bag and game were there, but not the food. Then said he was ask the “crew”. No follow up ever happened with the staff. It was like they took the $30 worth of snacks and cookies (half of the food was still sealed) and ate it in the break room or something. This staff is very dishonest. I will never stay at this location again.
