Room 219 was the only “clean” room after 3pm check-in and was right by elevator (which was noisy)
We ate pizza in our room and the next morning the pizza box was covered in ants
TV would not turn off so we had to unplug it to go to sleep
Brown paint peeled up all over in pool area so it looks dirty
Too much chemicals in hot tub so it makes thick foam when the jets are on

The front desk staff let me check in early which helped since I came out for Dr appts. and wasn't feeling well soI was able to rest.

I made a reservation for this room and paid for the insurance in case I needed to cancel which I did end up having to do. I have reached out to the hotel and they have had three days to respond and they have not. I need my money back..

The property needs lots of upgrades. Several areas including the elevator areas need cleaning and finishing.

Fabulous but needs a washing
Ok- so our room was perfectly lovely. Sheets were cozy. Bathroom was functional with the sink outside and a full tub. Excellent water pressure and hot water. A/c was a typical wall unit.
But the common areas were GROSS. Just everything needed a wipe down- the walls, the counters, the telephone on the counter, the handrails on the stairs. It was gross, with visible dirt and fingerprints. The “business” area needed a repaint and the hallway was missing some molding around door frames and the area connecting the hallway. It was just really in need of a good cleaning. I don’t think it would take long to do and certainly something the dude behind the desk at 1am could be doing.
Having said that, breakfast was fantastic! They even had greek yogurt! Yum
