Weekend getaway.
Check in was super quick. Front desk guy was very pleasant and gave us a room on the top floor without even asking. We prefer top floor room. Elevators we a bit slow going between floors, but clean and updated.

Checked in and they didn’t have the room we reserved (king bed) . Staff said hotel was fully booked and nothing they could do. No apologies-they only offered the phone number we could complain to next week. Tried to cancel and not stay, but we were told we would be charged regardless. Icing in the cake: no T.P. Roll in the room!! Never again!!

The rooms blinds were broken and dirty. The bathroom sink was broken, and the room’s supplies were low/gone (body wash, conditioner).

Disappointed
Hotel has recently been remodeled but quality of workmanship was poor. No towel hooks or racks in bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom, ac unit kicked on and off every 10-15 minutes making the room too cold or too hot most problematic was residual did smell and dander from previous guest. Caused an allergic reaction since I’m allergic to dogs. Also not well marked signage from road. The howl sign is in front of a closed down hotel. It did not Cleary identify the holiday inn was behind that hotel. I figured it out of course but just lots of little things like that. This facility is not up to what a newly renovated holiday inn express should be

我们首先被安排在一楼的一个房间里，工作人员说：“你不会一个人住吧？”因为一楼有长期住宿的客人。房间里的水槽和霉菌里有虫子，所以我们被换到了另一层楼，那里好多了。我给它的评级很低，因为员工暗示它不安全，而且第一个房间的条件不应该出租。只是为将来的住宿考虑一些事情。
