酒店回复: The pictures from Google are for the old Holiday Inn Holidome which is closed and guests that stayed there in the past are posting old photos on google which management is trying to take off put theses pictures are not on our website Holiday Inn Express Rolling Meadows.

We arrived in the evening and pulling up it seemed a little sketch because of the dilapidated building in front and the hotel was in the back. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was huge. You walked in and it was like a living room with couch and tv and then the kitchenette area. Then the beds were through two doors separate, it felt like they put two room together and called it a suite. The mini fridge was warm so we had to crank up the temp. Overall the room was okay- it was outdated and could use some updates. But the beds were clean and comfortable and a tv in the bedroom area as well. There was no hair dryer in the room so I called the front desk (no hotel room phone either) and they did bring a hair dryer. The bathroom was a shower only and no place to set your own toiletries in the shower which was a pain. The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast. The hotel was very close to many shops and fast food. Not far from a mall which was amazing! Overall it wasn’t the worst place I have ever stayed nor the best. For the price it was doable for a short weekend stay.

Had to wait 5-10 minutes for a front desk staff to come and check us in. Room was too warm and HVAC unit had unknown stains on it and I did not want to touch. Bed needs to be replaced, concaved in the middle, very uncomfortable bedding was good, bathroom was good

Weekend getaway.
Check in was super quick. Front desk guy was very pleasant and gave us a room on the top floor without even asking. We prefer top floor room. Elevators we a bit slow going between floors, but clean and updated.

我们首先被安排在一楼的一个房间里，工作人员说：“你不会一个人住吧？”因为一楼有长期住宿的客人。房间里的水槽和霉菌里有虫子，所以我们被换到了另一层楼，那里好多了。我给它的评级很低，因为员工暗示它不安全，而且第一个房间的条件不应该出租。只是为将来的住宿考虑一些事情。
