Checking in and out was easy. The room was spacious and clean. The shower grab bar was lose from the wall, glad we didn't need it because it would have been useless. The breakfast was hit or miss.

Our stay was perfect til bedtime in room 316. My ONLY complaint was that we had only blinds and the spotlight from the parking lot was shining right in the room so it looked like 4:00 in the afternoon. I mentioned this to the staff the first night and it was never addressed. Everything else was perfect but I sure would have loved to sleep in after traveling in the day before.

Mold
Overall all customer service was great. The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling as well as water damage in the corner of the room adjoin to the bathroom. Years in the carpet and lather torn chairs at desk. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn scores and one of my favorite hotels. This stay was a little disappointing 3rd floor room 314

I loved the fact that they had options for breakfast and it did not disappoint!!!! The fact that my family and I do not eat pork and they had turkey options for us was great, not many hotels accommodate those who don’t eat pork! Loved the friendliness of the lady that was on her job with keeping everything filled and warm, she did an amazing job with the breakfast!!!!!

Good stay
The hotel was super
clean and the staff was friendly, but the elevator didn’t work and I was on the 3rd floor. Using all of those stairs was super inconvenient for me with me having an autistic toddler. Other than that, the room was great.
