Convenient location for early airport departures. Pool area is very nice for children and located close to the lobby area. Front counter personnel were friendly and extremely helpful. The lady who was working the desk when we arrived, was excellent!

We will return
Very comfortable, clean and well equipped studio type room. Very friendly staff. Felt secure. We often drive to Tampa from up North and will definitely return to Homewood.

Everything was so accommodating...I walk using a walker and had requested a suite close to the elevator...and the corner suite was perfect. The front desk clerk Trinadad....got us checked in promptly. Breakfast on both days were great it was nice not to have to leave to get nourishment. Will book Homewood again soon even just for a staycation.

It was a good experience. We ended up in a suite it was me and one other but the room itself slept 8-10 people it was insane. I was glad about it though because it’s exactly what is needed when my family travel so I’m glad I booked here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t call out any frills but it was consistent if that makes sense to anyone.

我遇到了一位非常令人失望的员工。当我需要她的帮助时，她态度极其恶劣，完全没有必要。诚然，我当时确实遇到了一些关于他们政策的问题，但她的解释和回应却充满了居高临下的语气，而且没有任何理由。她冷漠得简直令人难以置信。
工作人员也非常友好和乐于助人。
走廊和早餐区总是很干净。
房间里的空调坏了，地板上有一根针，但当我告诉前台时，他们马上给我换了房间。
住得安心，周围环境和酒店本身的清洁度都很好。唯一的缺点是早餐品种不多，每天都吃一样的东西。
房间床单很脏，地上散落着纸巾和耳环。脏到我连洗澡和躺下都不想。下次我一定直接通过希尔顿预订。
