I tried to tune the TV in the room to Fox News and only got a black screen; however, the TV would tune to CNN. Either both should be available or neither. Also when we left the hotel this morning, the lobby TV was tuned to CNN. Lobby TVs should be tuned to something unbiased and non news.
Also, the floor of the shower was slightly discolored and could probably be remedied with the correct cleaning product.

Carpeting in the hallways and rooms are aged and worn. Some need repair. Also the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty

I’ve been to this hotel multiple times when visiting my sister & her family who live in Smyrna. Very nice place to stay & the both breakfasts were very good and customer service was excellent! We’ll definitely stay again at this hotel.

Pictures make it look good but felt very dirty. Breakfast was confusing and not the best. Would not spend my money here again. Bathroom was weird.

The staff went over and above to take care of us. And they always had a smile and were always caring.

我住在518房间。浴室状况很糟糕。水槽漏水，淋浴阀的密封胶也腐蚀了，所以肯定会漏水。而且，我对所有东西的价格之高感到惊讶。房间价格比该地区其他希尔顿酒店略贵，但质量却一样。另外，这里不像其他希尔顿酒店那样提供免费饮用水和早餐。
走廊和电梯都很热。房间里弥漫着霉味。床单又脏又臭。地板也很脏。我入住15分钟后就立刻离开了。我一定会想办法把钱拿回来。他们应该把这家酒店关掉，重新装修，打扫干净，然后再重新开业。一间脏兮兮的房间竟然要210美元，简直太疯狂了。前台工作人员的服务态度很棒，尽管他们的老板让他们不得不听取顾客的投诉。
