Everything else was great except for Wi-Fi not working. The problem was brought up to the front desk during our stay, but it was not resolved.

The t.v. did not work but the fellow at the front desk came and fixed it right away.We could not use the shower and the sink faucet needed to be replaced could not turn to hot or cold with out moving the handle all around with your hand in the water to test the temp.This was the handicap room.We were not up upset we know you have to deal with the little in life.We did notify the staff.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice. The breakfast was good. There definitely needs to be more seating. The stay, overall, was great. Lots of parking!

ok for a motel6 price, but a bit old, and a bit noisy, the breakfast wasn't very good, powdered eggs sort of need more help, and potatoes were half raw.

When the facility will be sold out, verbally let the people checking in that they will have to request maid service by the morning of the next day, rather than just expecting it.

The customer service is wonderful at this hotel. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Rooms were very clean. Will stay again soon. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower but I’m not sure if this is normal for California due to water conservation.

办公室里那个叫亚历克斯的男的真是无礼又傲慢，简直令人难以置信。他差点把我气哭了，而且问题根本就与我无关。当我们解释情况的时候，他和我的男朋友竟然嘲笑我们。我问他要经理的电话，他拒绝提供。他还拒绝提供商业改进局（B.B.B）的凭证。我以后再也不会住在这里了。不推荐。
床上用品污渍斑斑，令人作呕，床上有蜘蛛，浴室里有蟑螂。淋浴间因为水渍而出现巨大的气泡和破洞。然后工作人员会把垃圾桶搬到楼上，你都能听到叮当响声。
