The British Swim school did teach swim lessons, but they no longer will be using our facility. However, they were not allowed to block the pool for our paying guests. The late checkout depending on availability. I am not sure who told you that you couldn't request a room location. If you tell us at check in that you have a preference, then we can see if we are able to accommodate this for you. Because of your feedback, I can see areas that we need to improve on. 酒店回复: I'm truly sorry you had this experience, my name is Tammy I am the front desk agent you spoke with when checking in normally it is ok if guest sit in the breakfast/bar area so I did not see a problem but because it is a bar area and we do serve alcohol when it is open my manager informed me we cannot have people drinking in there. please except my deepest apology I except full responsibility for this nobody had asked this of me before this. was wondering if you are an IHG rewards member as I would like to give you some extra points and again extend my deepest apology. truly hope you give us another chance to give you a positive stay/ Sincerely your friendly front desk agent

总体满意,对得起这个价格
我到的时候,工作人员非常友好,但其中一个房间的水槽坏了。他们花了一天多的时间才修好水槽。水槽根本没法用,水从右边高压喷出来。泳池好像租给了英国游泳学校,所以平日里你只能用一半的泳池区域,即使你付了钱,也只能用一半。付款前根本没提到这一点。酒店的走廊很漂亮,但大多数人来这里是为了泳池/水上区域。它看起来糟透了,和照片上完全不一样。地板底部也很脏,他们会把绷带、头发、睫毛、纸等等扔在那里好几天。每周三他们都会关闭泳池进行“清洁”,而这恰好发生在英国游泳学校来之前。走廊里的垃圾总是散发着温热的呕吐物的味道。早餐是另一回事。食物放在外面,任何人都可以随意取用,而且存放不当。他们允许客人把手伸进从我入住到退房那天一直放在那里的煮鸡蛋袋里。早餐也只能打2分(满分10分)。这么糟糕的东西竟然还要额外付费,真是让我无法理解。早餐每天都一样。食物没有预热到位,饼干放在一边是热的,中间却冰冷,就像用微波炉加热过一样。早餐种类极其有限,而且从来都没有清理干净或妥善准备过。食物到处都是,果汁和牛奶每天都是空的。我还有很多话想说,但已经说不下去了。
因为我是通过*******预订的,所以我被告知无法在酒店查询房间位置,也不能延迟退房,基本上就是因为我没有使用他们的网站,他们就对我态度很差。我要求挂个请勿打扰的牌子,他们拒绝了,但会把我算作没有客房服务,因为我是轮班的,而且睡得很晚,但还是被客房服务员的敲门声吵醒了。房间还算干净,但地板不太干净,我至少应该得到赔偿,因为我穿了两双之前是白色的袜子,袜子底部变黑了。周中入住,酒店不是很繁忙,但我没能按要求住到楼上,而且我一个人旅行,而且还有很多其他房间空着,所以被安排在一个吵闹的五口之家隔壁。总的来说,体验不是很好。

不得不说,酒店非常干净,房间非常干净,装修也很棒。酒店入住人员服务态度也很好。早上起来,我去喝咖啡,结果只有低咖啡因咖啡和一些奶精。咖啡杯盖跟杯子不匹配。早餐/供应情况我觉得很差。食物很少甚至没有,糖浆也完全没有,即使是早上第一件事。早餐/咖啡绝对不是酒店的重点。前台也没有人办理退房手续。
入住很快。往返范安德尔竞技场(Van Andel Arena)也很方便。早餐很丰盛,咖啡也很好喝。我们的房间宽敞、安静、干净。
我们预订这家酒店就是为了酒吧和泳池/热水浴缸。入住时,一位身穿绿色毛衣、画着同色眼妆的服务员告诉我们,酒吧因工作人员不足而关闭。服务员建议我们可以自带酒水在酒吧享用,但酒吧里却没有工作人员。我们很失望,但还是决定接受她的建议。入住后,我们去了酒吧区,再次被告知他们没有设备可以让我们保持饮料冰爽,但走廊尽头有一台制冰机。大约20分钟后,经理过来告诉我们,酒吧不允许喝酒。沟通和服务都很糟糕。我们无法进入
就我付的房费来说,还得额外付100美元押金。我本来以为泳池区应该更干净,监管得更好,维护得也更好。结果发现泳池里有很多不守规矩的孩子,水也很脏。没有工作人员监督客人佩戴腕带,也没有人督促他们遵守规则。肯定是超员了。办理入住时,工作人员非常紧张,态度也很差。
房间很干净,但用餐区的地板很黏。即使我看着他们拖地,地板仍然黏糊糊的。这可能就是他们用来拖地的那种东西。就价格而言,这里很棒,孩子们玩得很开心。早餐很温暖,也不错。工作人员很友好。
我们在这里住了一晚,非常愉快,强烈推荐,以后还会再来。我们入住时和第二天早上,酒店人手都不够,所以我们不得不等了一会儿。不过,工作人员竭尽全力,尽快为大家提供了帮助。泳池/戏水池很棒!设备可以更新一下,但很干净,孩子们很喜欢。
孩子们在走廊里跑来跑去,在楼梯上上下下,大声叫喊,一直吵到凌晨1点左右。我们房间的电话坏了,所以我不得不走到前台报告噪音。前台也能听到他们的声音。当我礼貌地问前台工作人员有什么办法解决噪音问题时,她表现得很不耐烦。噪音持续了几个小时。
