Clean, comfy room with a good shower. Quiet, even next to highway, right off exit. OK AC/heat. Excellent automatic espresso machine in the lobby to make most coffee drinks. Gym with 2 exercise bikes, treadmill, multi function weight machine, sauna, but no dumbbells or bench. A small outdoor pool great for warm weather in building B. Building A has indoor pool and hot tub. Next to several fast food places and Chinese, plus some places very close for wine.

酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed a clean, comfortable room and a quiet stay — even with the convenience of being right off the highway. It’s great to know the shower, climate control, and in-lobby espresso machine all added to your comfort. We also appreciate your feedback on our fitness and pool facilities. We’re happy the variety of equipment, sauna, and both pools contributed positively to your stay. Your notes about the gym setup are helpful, and we’ll certainly consider them as we look at future upgrades. Being close to local dining and wine spots is something many of our guests love, and we're glad it made your stay even more convenient. Thanks again for your review — we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Pros: Rooms are quiet and clean and smell good (it's a 100% non-smoking hotel). Outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of offerings including pre-made omelettes, sausage links, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal, fruit... The ladies serving breakfast were very sweet. Cons: beds are okay, not super comfortable. The Dial soap the hotel offers leaves a residue on your skin that does not wash off!!!

This was a wonderful hotel! We went with a group for a car show and their housekeeping staff worked extra hard to have the rooms ready for us by noon, instead of having to wait until check in time at 3:00 p.m. They set out buckets and rags in strategic places, along with hoses, for us to clean our cars. The rooms were nice large rooms and very clean. We had 2 queen beds, 2 chairs, a recliner chair and desk. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The internet was sufficient for our use. Being so close to the freeway, we could hear traffic noise, but it wasn't bad. The breakfast was great, including hot selections of eggs, potatoes and waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, etc. They also made omelets to order. They provided coffee in the lobby and a fantastic expresso machine for variety. We didn't use their pool or hot tub since they were next to wineries to visit. Fast food restaurants are close to walk to.

I loved the location near the Vitners Village and the Centennial Path, which I used several times on walks to the Prosser historic homes and downtown. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great, especially the omelet bar and occasional homemade baked goods. The parking was generous enough for my fire engine. The employees were all friendly and helpful.

The Inn At Horse Heaven is clean, cozy, close to all the Prossor events, has a great breakfast with custom omelets! This hotel was located very close to all the Prossor Wine/Music events, so it was easy to travel to the different winery music events. The Mexican restaurant next door, Las Palomas, is within walking distance, and great food - which was suggested by the hotel staff front desk. This hotel could use a luggage cart located in the 2nd bldg, so it's more convenient. Staff could check to make sure room is fully stock with the shower soaps. I have pretty high standards, but we stay at Salish Lodge, Snoqualmie frequently, so the bar is set high!

I have stayed here on my way to Seattle on multiple occasions the staff is always prepared for my arrival with water, special requested ground floor room, and breakfast items they go back and get if they run out. They are working constantly. Although this location is off the freeway, it is down a side road where it is nice and quiet. The pool and spa are very clean.

Prosser is primarily a wine touring location and this hotel is within walking distance of the main wineries. It is also a short walk to coffee, pharmacy and food. Facilties are clean and new.

The room was clean with the usual amenities I'd expect. The bathroom was small and oddly shaped. There were four pillows per bed, but all of them were very soft and squashed flat with any weight - if you need any kind of elevation or head/neck support, you're out of luck. Even stacking the pillows didn't help much. Please, hotels - have two firm and two soft pillows so that guests can choose which they need. It's not hard to do. Ask for a room at the front of the hotel - a major highway runs behind it, so the rooms at the back hear trucks in the night.

Very close to downtown. Walkable area. Clean. Wineries nearby. Families in the area. Nice pool areas. One inside and another outside.
