According to our records, the reservation was sent to us by ******* on August 17, 2025 as a king room, and was a prepaid booking through *******. No changes were made by our property on this reservation. Unfortunately, when ******* made the reservation, it was not entered as a suite, which caused the misunderstanding. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and not have the room you expected, but we are unable to change third party reservations. It is always best to book directly through Best Western so changes can be made.
