None of the televisions in the room worked. We kept asking to be moved to another similar room or two separate rooms with working televisions. The person in charge kept saying he couldn’t do that for us, even tho the hotel was EMPTY!
We were offered a token discount but our concerns were not met, could have easily been resolved.

The desk clerk, Tammy, went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. Parking was convenient, the room was clean. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Room 100 it's the worst room to stand you will hear the front desk staff talking all night long, and early in the morning, you will hear the kitchen staff.Banging on the walls while cooking

Staff was friendly but that was about the best thing. Our air conditioner made such a loud noise we couldn’t even use it while trying to sleep and the tv had volume but no picture on it. Room could use updating and appliances checked, our fridge never chilled our drinks.

Wonderful staff! My two star rating was due to water not being hot when you shower. It was warm and that’s all it would allow you to turn it to. Beds not comfy. I’d give it two stars. Probably wouldn’t book again, there are other options.

Absolutely awful checked in went to room stains all over bed , air unit panel off and not turning on and fire alarm blaring in lobby immediately requested refund and was denied we left and will never come back

The breakfast was good but the sausage was a bit over greasy. The yogurt was great. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The only thong of the room was the bathroom shower door was hard to move in order to close and open after a shower.

酒店房间很宽敞，但独立的起居区太暗了。
浴室下水有点问题，新肥皂用了皮肤油腻腻的。早餐有待改进。除此之外，还不错。
